  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese... 别人怎么说 » rted, however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellent dinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glass of w - very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.

  Very nice and quiet place, good choice of dinning around. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel (and quite cheap as children eat free of charge).   We stayed at Hostal Carel at the beginning and end of our cycling tour in Tenerife. They were very friendly, and helpful, the breakfast was great value for money, enough for a lunchtime sandwich too, served in our room. We needed to store our bike boxes for the return journey, and they were very helpful in keeping them safe for us.   The staff/owner was great. Could not ask for anything better; breakfast was very good. Antiques everywhere. Close to the Mt. Teide and within minutes to the 500+ year old Pine tree.
