  The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.

  The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't.   Very nice and quiet place, good choice of dinning around. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel (and quite cheap as children eat free of charge).   The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

  Very clean and perfect location , airport bus stop just at the corner ( La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to centro and walked back over 300 steps.
