  I stayed in the hotel for 3 wonderful nights and I enjoyed it a lot! The room was clean, big and very beautiful. This is a design hotel where everything is well studied. Ses Salines is also a great place to stay. From here you can reach a big range of beach and 'calas' with the car. There is also a beautiful and good - We were upgraded from double room with terrace to Junior Suite and it was magnificient. The hotel is absolutely beautiful; comfortable and comes with nicely designed rooms + bathrooms, amazing garden with flowers and great swimming pool. The breakfast is great and is served outside or inside depending on the weather. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. I strongly advice this hotel for couples and families.

The courtyard was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff were discreet but friendly when needed. - The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

  Absolutely fabulous find. Would definitely stay here again, wouldn't consider looking at another hotel. All the staff are just lovely. I was a little concerned about being in a slightly downmarket part of town as mentioned in previous reviews. Not a problem. I wouldn't say the area was downmarket at all. In fact the one block walk to the marina front takes you through a charming wooded park. 5 minute walk to the bus stop. B - Comfortable, clean room, with a view of the harbour (which we weren't expecting/hadn't paid for). Being offered a glass of Cava on arrival! Fabulous Jacuzzi on the roof with a view to die for (Cathedral, city, castle, harbour). Small pool. Food was excellent - we tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel - very fresh, tasty & large portions.
