Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. ... 别人怎么说 » ved this hotel. Beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Actually acted like they were happy to have us staying at their hotel in their beautiful city. Arrived early morning and got right into our room. Not the usual "wait until 3:00 p.m." like other European hotels we've stayed in.
