  We were delighted with this hotel. It was right in the heart of Las Rambles. As we arrived from a Cruise, we checked in at 10am and a room was assigned to us right away. The staff on the front desk were first class and extremely helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again Sincerely Paul and Josie Knight - The location was perfect!   The location was perfect, the staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I loved the rooms, they are big and clean. Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go. Furthermore, I arrived very early and they accomodated me and allowed me to check in ... 别人怎么说 » at 10 am. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. - All the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. We were a bithesitant after reading some unfavorable reviews on the website, however,our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, excellent location, nocomplaints at all.
