  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.
