The staff were friendly with nothing too much trouble, and having Giovanni coming to the poolside to thank us for staying at his hotel was such a nice touch. I will most definitely be returning for a longer visit.

  I liked everything about it. It was a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was large.   we stayed in the prestige part of the complex and the accommodation was excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful. there was lots of things for the children (2 year old toddler and 4 month old baby) to do as well.
