  Great place. Olde worlde charm right in the heart of historic Palma, very helpful staff, reasonable comfort and very cheap. Makes a pleasant change from the sanitised tourist experience you find in so many other parts of Mallorca...Only possible down side might be when there's a rowdy stag do staying because it's not the quietest place but fortuna... 别人怎么说 » tely, my visit didn't coincide with anything like that... - Hostal ritzi was fantastic...lovely helpful staff...a little old fashioned but that was part of its charm..fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and old town and surrounded by restaurants and bars...i will definitly return there and id recommend it to anyone going to palma thats looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay...tony leeds uk

  It was very clean. We arrived late, I just called the number that was published outside and she came within 5 minutes to check us in. Wifi only on the first floor. Shared toilets very clean - The Hostal was very clean and centrally located. In the center of the shopping area.
