  We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   Everything - I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is set just 5 minsfrom marbella and 10mins from puerto banus by car. It is on top of thehills with amazing veiws of the sea. The Hotel itself is spotless,decorated in Asian style to perfection and so personal as there are only5 rooms. And the service is outstanding!   Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance. Convenience store and cafe right next to the apartment building, on either side. Clean apartment, including bed linen and towels. However, the sofa-bed turned out to be quite spacious to accommodate two olde - Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!
