  A great find in a cool area of the city. We were upgraded from a studio apartment to a 1 bedroom. Everything about our stay was perfect. The on-site hostess spoke English well and was very friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to others. - location, lovely helpful staff who gave us an upgrade.   The staff were very helpful and friendly, we liked the availability of free tea and coffee in the afternoons, a nice touch. The hotel is well situated being close to the Plaze Nueva, so convenient for orientation to all the sights. The Alhambra is a very pleasant 20 minute stroll away. - wonderful location, great breakfast.
