Stayed in Villa No 3. It was excellent. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Kitchen/Diner. Pool not too big but perfect for cooling down. BBQ area. Villa has everything you need, laundry room with washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Kitchen fully equipped. Spar supermarket a few minutes walk away for stocking up on all essentials. There was no English TV channels but this was not a problem for us. There is a DVD player, and Stereo. The TV has a USB connection so you could use this for.
所有评语 » The villa was perfect..close to the beach and only a 2 minute walk from the shops.Included at the villa were towels which were changed every two days by the cleaning staff,a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer basically if you needed it it was there.We were met by Beatriz on arrival ...She is so friendly and welcoming and was at the end of a phone if needed. There were six of us staying at villa no.2 and at no time did we feel on top of each other ..it is a spacious villa with a . The villa was amazing and so spacious. Located only 10 minutes from the airport it was in a fairly quiet location but still close enough to shops, bars, restaurant, beach etc. The manager Beatriz was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us. Would love to go back again next year!. The villa we staying in was great, it was modern, clean and well maintained. In was in a great location within 2 mins walk to the shops etc. Beatriz and her staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will certainly be returning to stay in these villas again. Villa No 3 perfect was perfect small pool ideal for cooling down. Close to all amenities. DVD plaver, cd player, washing machine, iron, hair dryer all provided, towels changed every second day. Two bathrooms three bedrooms, all in all a perfect location and accomadation. The neighbourhood of the sea. Shopping centre nearby. Good restaurants nearby. A clear swimmingpool belongs to the house. A managers with care and attention for their consumers. Privacy. A complete house. The little problem we have was solved very quick. Amazing location Spacious Kept very clean, great maid service Lovely pool Manager checked in with us face to face the day after we arrived and the day we were leaving, excellent service. location, not far from shops, bars, restaurants & the beach. lovely promenade to walk all flat you can walk from Matagorda to Puerto del Carmen. Taking tea on a west-facing patio as the sun went down. Restaurant Sirocco in Matagorda's Centro Commercial, just a short walk away, is very good. Cinco Casitas 2 was lovely plenty of room .Near Beach,shopes ,restruant.Staff very freindly .villa 4 and 3 are even nicer. We both enjoyed it, particularly the privacy as we wanted a quiet holiday. spotless accomodation within close proxmity to everything. It was very clean and facilites where very good. We liked everything about the villas. Great location...nice clean villas.. everything about the villa. The Villa was excellent. The location was great. Price/quality. Location / Private Pool. Our only negative would be that there is no WiFi. However all the restaurants have free WiFi so we made use of this. No english speaking t.v channels..even to be able to get sky news would be sufficent and maybe in this day and age wifi would be a big bonus. Nothing. Missed wi fi but this is being implemented very soon. The only crib would be that a few more channels on the TV would be great, but it did not spoil the holiday !. No English tv channels. villas could have been a bit more private, you could see into next doors garden and people walking past could see right into your garden. No plugs for wash-basins & baths (this might be usual in Spain, and we take our own anyway, but it'd be useful to know in advance). No evidence of recycling of bottles, paper, etc (but waste might be sorted elsewhere). We didn't think to take washing-up liquid (although we ate out a lot, we still needed some). No englsh chanels.had sky new BBC4, CNN for one day .would have been nice if pool was heated. No comment - we were v. happy!. was not welcomed personally to villa - key left at front door- I thought villas were linked to hotel across the road and I used their reception to answer my queries - the owner did, however ring me on day of departure to make sure I was leaving on time and she was kind enough to allow me stay in the villa nextdoor when I explained my flight was not due till that evening and she rang me a taxi to take me to airport. their was no receptions to find out things thier was no contact telephone number to ring if any thing went wrong which did happen our fridge broke down we had to ring your office. No complaints. The air conditioning broke! we told beatriz the manager TWICE but still was left in the terrible heat, and could not sleep at night due to this..no plugs for bath or hand basins.. Plugs for wash hand basins missing. We arrived on the Monday, for the first week we had workers drilling, grinding ,up on roofs, on the walls.They were doing lots of work both sides of me.We saved money for 2 years for our holiday and all this work being done ruined our first week.The second week was fantastic once the work next door had finished.The place is beautifull and the locals were very friendly. Proximity of THE airport. Basic villa / facilities & décor, would expect more for my money really, like plugs in the sinks or a welcome info pack etc... can't knock the location nor the private pool obviously, but whole place in desperate need of desperate makeover.
