Clean simple, great location and amazing silence when you close the shutters on the windows. We were right above a busy square and thought there was no way we would be able to sleep with all the people below but all we did was shut the window and shutter and total silence. Just amazing. The staff was very helpful in getting us to parking and back. The staff gave us recomendation on where to go after our visit there. Just really nice.

If you are visiting to enjoy the sights and culture of Pontevedra, this is an excellent place to start. Very good location, staff helpful and friendly. Tastefully furnished and well located in the historic town. Food in restaurant very good and reasonably priced.Cost of private parking was safe and reasonable. Great location, great lunch. Breakfast not included but had a really nice mini breakfast which was perfect for our early morning start on the Camino way. Very inexpensive. Loved the Square at night. Staff were excellent and helpful . Fabulous location . Good arrangement with local car park so ask before you park somewhere. If you are visiting Pontevedra and you want to experience the heart of the old town this place will serve you very well. Nice hotel, recently updated with lovely location on a square. Location in historical centre. Very close to tapas bars. Was concerned about the location over the plaza. It went from dead at "siesta" to very lively all evening. When we were ready to sleep ( silly Americans) we were concerned but those amazing windows took care of all our issues. Difficult to find access by car to hotel as area was pedestrianized but once explained was okay. Nothing to dislike about this hotel. nothing. Finding the place! Spanish road signs are appalling. When we finally found the place it was great. A very stressful 60 minuites. Room for four people was very small. very very noisy around and in the house... maybe it was the first warm evening of the year - a lot of street bars and restaurant around the hotel and drunk people in the house. Quadruple room was very cramped. The room was very noisy, the a/c didn't work. The staff was dismissive and tried to discourage me from extending my visit. Don't bring a car into the old city. There is free public parking a short walk across the bridge. Room rather small. Noisy. On a pedestrian street so difficult to find and there is no parking available apart from nearby public parking. No breakfast included and the rooms are ugly and not particularly comfortable. Was fiestas so lots of noise from outside however, the problem was the noise from the kitchen downstairs. Every clatter of a dish seemed to verberate up the walls and into my ears. Awful night's sleep.
