  When we saw the apartment, our expectations were completly fulfilled. we really fall in love with the apartment. The reasons were 1. The apartment is brand new. It was only 2 months old. 2. It was big (80 qm). It had 2 bedrooms with flat tvs, one living room(wohn zimmer), one kitchen, one bathroom and a guest toilet. 3.   The staff were excellent, on every level. Very child friendly with kids club, indoor pool was a life send in the bad weather. Apartment was a great size for our family of 5.   Deffenetly the best about this hotel is the view, we didn't get the room with full sea view, even if we were honeymooners, but the side sea view balcony was amazing, we stayd at 3rd floor. Big bed, but separate. The breakfast was nice even if it was included.   The location is great, right by the beach. The price is a little high and the room was small and in the 1st floor the view was obstructed by the lower building. I would recommend a room on a higher floor. - Food and people in the hotel

  Excellent location - directly in front of the beach and in the center of cheerful and noisy tourist life. Lots of bars,cafes and shops around. Direct buses to Palma de Mallorca (the capital), by #25 you get to the center in 30 min or less. My mattress was good; minibars are empty, welcoming your food if you like.

  people who worked there.Very helpful. - The staff was very nice. Because I had a late flight but had to check out by noon, they let me store my luggage, and take a shower after I came back from the beach. The location was good also.
