In general this hotel is the good value for money. We stayed there in the middle of August and lived on the side of the Grua street and didn't hear noise comming from the airport, as it was described in some reviews. Air Conditioning saved us from the scorching sun in the daytime. Breakfast and lunch were better than in the hotels offered by the same price. Close location to a beach, nice small pool, friendly staff. There is a bar area next to pool area where you can get some food, coffee, drinks. The rooms were on the small side but comfortable. Staff was helpful, hotel was quiet.
所有评语 » Late check-in and early check-out, that matched our flights. We even got breakfast at 5:30 A.M. before our departure. The location was great, few steps from the wide lovely beach and few minutes by car from the airport. Location- great to have pool and beach facilities as the weather was hot but only a cheap bus ride from the city - life experience of Palma, which is great for nights out, lovely bars and restaurants! Ideal city break!. I liked the hotel a lot. Nice comfortable rooms, and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff, and a good location near the airport and easy to reach the centre of Palma. A nice hotel for a holiday on the beach!. - Nice rooms, 3* are really ok - early brakfast. We had to leave the hotel at 4:00 a.m. We were offered a "plate" or "served" breakfast and hot drinks. Really OK. - reception desk willing to help. This was a GREAT Hotel From assistance over the telephone to find it in the dark to an EXCELLENT breakfast and all in between Nothing was too much trouble I would recommend this hotel to ALL. I liked all. Very nice balcony, hotel is close to the beach, polite staff, large and clean room, with shampoo, hairdryer, shower gel, good breakfast. Everything was perfect. Hotel had a great location just by the beach, we got balcony with sea view which I requested. Tasty breakfast with nice selection of food. Friendly staff, clean rooms... The Hotel workers were very Kind and helpful. it is really near de Seaside and they gave me a very quit Rom. for the preis it was very fair. Some amenities (safe, fridge) are offered at an additional cost. On the day of checkout receptionist called us at 11:20AM and told that we should have been free up the room by 11AM. But in the hotel reservation details it is mentioned that time of checkout is by 12AM. The maid was cleaning badly - there was a lot of dust on the floor. During the 10 days of our stay we were only once provided with the shower gel and shampoo. They should give more shampoos and shower gels. They should definitely improve their coffee in the breakfast buffet, not very good at all. Going. Wifi was not good, no wifi at 4. floor, but it's ok at the reception. I think it's a general problem of the region, not only of this hotel. They could imprube a nice garden. the place is so nice and the whether too. the garden would give more importance to the Hotel. The main course meals could be improved on and kept a bit hotter . Salads, starter dishes and deserts were fine. Noise of traffic, as it is near a roundabout and the Hotel not very sound proof. Food, a little bit too noise (hotel is near the airport and traffic street), but depends which room you get. For the price the hotel was a good value. no refrigerator in room. No electronic safe. busy trafic around hotel. Strange staff. Extremely noisy (internal noise in the corridors + external noise from the street) - no sound insulation, we could not sleep. Diner do not offer any free drink and food not much options. The two female waiter very rude. very very very poor hotel never ever come back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Uncomfortable bed, no in room wifi, drunk Germans, 5 cms between your knees and bathtub whilst sitting on toilet, "free breakfast" of dubious quality and lack of food safety measures (do not eat the eggs nor undercooked bacon). Many other hotels exist with the same price point that are vastly superior.
