The hotel was so nicely designed and located. Its environment was so lovely and lively. Close to the sandy beach and the area is lovable and in walking distance from Magalluf! The activities and the stage were very enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
所有评语 » Fantastic accommodation with very friendly staff. Ideally located for either a quiet holiday or buzzing holiday. There is a 24 hour mini supermarket on site. The staff were brilliant. The entertainment was great. We were a family group of 18 including young children. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Staff were excellent Cleaners, bar staff and reception were all really friendly and extremely helpful Everywhere was very clean. Central location,seems to cater for all ages,felt secure compared to other hotels we have stayed in the surrounding Area. Very friendly staff, enterainment excellent, food & prices excellent. Hotel family friendly, very clean. Pool was great, as was the bar and food. Staff really nice. Apartments very comfortable and clean. Really clean and staff very helpful would rebook again no problem.short walk to main strip. Apartment was modern and spacious. Staff very friendly. Nice location 5 min from the beach. Close to the beach, quiet, animation for children, pool, bus stop to Palma or Magalluf 10m from hotel. The location, friendly staff, facilities. Great pool. (1)not very easy access for children in buggys or people with mobility issues-entrance/exit to resort was by means of a VERY steep ramp for those with children in buggys followed by steep stairs in reception & then yet more stairs to your apartment.(2)VERY expensive bar prices.(3)although very good water pressure it was virtually impossible to take a shower due to the constantly changing water temperature going from red hot to freezing regardless of what time you used it or rather tried to. There was no shampoo, only small hand soap, no washing up liquid and no bathroom mat. Even though this accommodation is only 3 stories high a lift would have been ideal and even though there is no charge for the air-conditioning it would have been good if it worked. The only issue we had was the bedroom was quite damp so we slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. Other than that fantastic. The wifi I purcahsed a number of times though it was awful and didnt work very well - waste of money Stag and Hen groups took over the pool and the pool music was too loud so we left during the day. Noisy at night, all rooms are off stair wells so you can here people going up and down steps right outside the door. the immediate area outside hotel isn't very nice.. you need to walk up past the beach. I really enjoyed my stay. Steps...and no toiletries. Leaving , must make it 2 weeks next time. Not good for pushchairs lots of stairs no lifts. paying extra for TV, 3 euros per day oven didn't work noisy neighbours. nothing. Staff at reception was a bit rude. No lift at the hotel. It's a bit annoyed that the hotel didn't provide free wifi access ,and it's really inconvenient. The use of too many lilos in the pool and ball games, this meant no decent swimming! Too many ants. Prices in the bar high, Happy Hour was hardly that! Some staff were not helpful. Most of the shows very disappointing hence empty most nights! Sometimes no chance of getting a sun bed! Towels on them from an early time!. The cleanliness standart is very low, bed frames, wardrobes simed like never been cleaned.I had to clean wardrobe myself before i could put my clothes in it. This hotel is a nightmare to get in and out with a buggy.Steps everywhere no lifts or ramps...deffinately a disaster fot a disabled people. Lot of stairs, out of lift or track for trolleys and bags. Wi fi charge, no elevator, steps everywhere, ramp into hotel was dangerous, pool area was cramped, check in time was advertised wrongly i.e. we were told by email check in was 1 pm but couldn't check in till 4pm, apartment block was very noisy through the night. Awful choice of poolside music! Far too loud to relax and soak in the sun 350 euro for 3 nights and had to pay to view TV!! Little bit cheeky. ants in every room in appartment.
