The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in at approx 3.30am and the person who checked us in was very polite and helped us with our luggage and when we left the next day, they allowed us to store the luggage until later in the day at no extra charge. Great location too. Its location was excellent. I had to go to the university campus and the bus stop was very near. The train station and the central squares are within a walking distance. They even gave slippers at the check-in. Great value hotel.

Location is really good, central to everything and you can't fault the price. The location was perfect, the room was basic but clean and practical. very good location. The last minute booking price made it very good. Very nice comfy bed thin wall while people having sex next to you :-). It was adequate, but nothing special. Really good value for money!. Exceptionally clean. Location. Location. good value for money.great for one or two night stay, near to everything. The stuff tried to do the best. The room we had was near some traffic lights that beeped all night (it was not loud but it was a little annoying because we couldn't work out what it was until we got up the next day). This of course is not the Hotel's fault! Other than that I could fault this place if you want somewhere within walking distance of Murcia Town centre, that's very basic and cheap it is ideal!. The room I was in was interior so it was rather dark. The flush of the toilet took almost forever to refill causing a great noise. But the thing I disliked the most was the internet connection. It was awful. I could never connect with my ipad, and when I connected with my lap top I could stay online only may be for 2 minutes.If you are dependent on Wi-Fi connection don't stay at the hotel. Luckily I had 3g connection, I survived my 3 days... Furniture a bit dated but still adequate. bathroom too small. Looks a little dated. The restuarant advertised downstairs had a very limitted menu and was not as described when booking. Bathroom was too small. Water leaked quite substantially under shower doors. All that is needed is a stream of silicon. Smell in toilet or from pipes. The air conditioning is controlled by reception, not by each room, and it gets shut off at night. It is a little worrying when the notice appears on my computer recommending me not to use the hotel webpage because of security concerns. I am alergic, and order a non smoke room. They did not have non smoke so with out tell me they just gaved me a room for smoker... That was bad for my health..
