  The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Everything I asked for and about was immediately and willingly dealt with - it was lovely to arrive late at night and be greeted with a smile! Good location in the middel of the city centre. The wifi was good. They do not have a reception, but the staff are very helpful and easy to get in touch with on phone and email, both before and during our stay. We arrived late and left early in the morgning, but this was not a problem.
