  Extreme friendliness of the staff - A great base for beautiful Somo beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially front desk staff. We were impressed by how many staff spoke English even though the hotel caters mainly to Spanish guests.

  We stayed in a hotel " El Ribeiro de Langre" for the weekend. Our trip was to look at Santander and Cantabria villages and nature. The hotel's location is fantastic. The sea and Santander is nearby. And also motorways, which leads to other Cantabrian sites are very close. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. The hotel s - All the positives noted by previous reviewers are completely true – the hosts are most helpful, the setting is glorious with sunset being a particularly notable time of the day and there is an excellent beach about 20 minutes stroll along a cliff top path. Drinks and food are available on request and are very reasonably priced too. Go to Santander on the nearby ferry at Somo.
