The hostal is really clean.
The location is perfect. In front of the metro station, but staying at Hostal Q you dont need to use the metro, because the hostal is really near of everything you will visit.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull.
The room was really confortable and clean.

The shower is perfect. For sure the best shower I used in Europe!!

Rosie, the lady who welcomed us and served our breakfast was very sweet, friendly and helpful. She couldn't speak English but used a translate app on her tablet which worked excellently well.

Our stay at Hostel Goya and as such in Barcelona was wonderful experience. Hostel staffs were helpful, warm and welcoming. When we arrived at the hostel Ms.Path explained in details where to go, what to see and what to eat. The hotel appears to be residential apartments that have just been renovated to a very high grade 'Art Deco' standard. Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

We were happily surprised. It is a low profile hotel. No grand entrance, but home like. The room was spacious, clean, newly styled, comfortable with a wonderful balcony view of the city. The hotel is about a block away from a beautiful archway and walkway, not covered on the bus tours.
