  We stayed at the hotel on the last weekend of our honeymoon, I had mentioned it was our honeymoon on the reservation but not upon arrival. They had a Cava (bottle of Catalonia's sparkling wine) with chocolate covered strawberries in our room waiting for us. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Staff very nice and helpful.I would say the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across to.Reception and rooms very nicely decorated.Internet access in each floor.Very conveniently situated;closest metro station is Urgel (5min) and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.Only a few min away from Placa Catalunya by bus.Bus A1 to the airport stops only a ... 别人怎么说 » few blocks away from the hotel.I definetely recommend it - The staff specially the female reception at day time and the male reception (that is the white male gentleman in black suit,sorry I did not get their names) were very very helpful.   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   This hotel has all the facilities a modern hotel should have. The gadgets in the rooms are excellent. The programmable room safe is a very good idea. Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
