It saves you a lot of time if you want to visit places and don't like to spend too much time in the subway or with your map trying to see where the nearest subway is. The included breakfast is really a kitchen with cereal, juices, coffee and some sliced cheese, meat and bread (with a toaster) that you can use 24 hours a day, which is very nice as well.
