The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go.
