The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. 基本上都很满意，服务人员态度都特别好，能流利用英语交流，还帮我们定了去里斯本的车票（因为自己定不了很麻烦），还会介绍你可以去那些地方玩。虽然位于郊区，但是附近有便利的公车和地铁很方便十几分钟就可以到市中心。房间很干净，有空调，晚上也安静。有两个Wifi，信号也很好。
附近吃的东西很多，有糕点店，麦当劳，静吧，商店。 -
离地铁站就两分钟路程.出行还是很方便的。前台那个帅哥态度非常热情.房间很干净.
