  A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff.   I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a reservation. The staff at Mar Bella is incredibly helpful, friendly, and English-speaking. The location was perfect for staying in the city for a few days or longer. I was there with a group of friends, so we rented 2 of the 3 bedroom apartments. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and eating all together before leaving for the day on the - Great apartment with plenty of room for our kids. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo

I will definitely be returning here with friends. The beach is just next to the hotel, like literally 5mins walk. The metro is also around the corner, about 5-8mins walk depending on how fast you walk, you will also make new friends and you all will have the time of your lives.   This was my second stay at the hotel this year and the hotel provides everything I need. Good price compared to UK travelodges, Good Location, Good Transport links, clean rooms, which are good size even for 3 adults sharing, the breakfast was good and the bar menu was also good for snacks. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location.
