Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. Arrived early morning and got right into our room. Not the usual "wait until 3:00 p.m." like other European hotels we've stayed in.

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.
Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!
