Central location at the heart of the city and yet no traffic noise. Room was comfortable - well worth paying for the sitting room. Best choice of TV channels I've had in the Balearics. Continental breakfast offered a lovely choice of fruit, cheeses, meats, bread and pastries as well as juices with freshly made coffee and the decadent touch of Cava

The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
