  Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.   Lovely hotel, good location, 20 mins from the centre, so close by butquiet. Facilities (pools/gardens/spa/rooms) were excellent, stafffriendly and helpful. Making it a really pleasant stay.   Staff very friendly, perfect for the nou camp! - The staff were really helpful and polite. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

  The room was very spacy, clean and quite. All necessary facilities were provided, including the dishes for cooking. Air-conditioning was very strong and Wi-Fi coverage was excellent.
