The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces".
The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. The price is just ridiculously good for such a great hostel. The Wi-fi is the fastest I've ever had while traveling and the place is really clean and fresh. Everything is great about this hostel! I was planning to stay there for one-two nights but stayed for 4, as I had everything I wanted there. Great staff. Very clean beds (cleaner that in the previous 4 star hotel I've stayed in). Clean toilets and showers and common areas. Very safe, as near each bed there is a safe locked-only-by-your-card box. The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience.
