The hotel had very stylish decor and this went down very well with our daughters. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well appointed. We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security. All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. The Fontecruz is a very elegant and well kept and when you get you seem to leave the world behind. Enter a muffled world, the atmosphere is wonderful. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.
