  The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right.   The staff are very helpful and genuinely keen to serve us. Walking distance to many touristic sights, cafes and restaurants. Heads up to the cleaning lady who cleans up the room everyday! Big plus. We walked everytime to the station for all of our day trips. All in all, good value for the location and facilities p - It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

  Very good localization. The hostel is situated in the old town, close to main tourists attractions and also closed to one of the main streets of the city. For this money you can not get it better.   Room was very clean; fresh linens every day. I found it to be quiet. Location allowed me to walk to many of the tourist destinations. Desk was always staffed and staff were helpful. - They deliver what they promise. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The hostel is very small but quite comfortable.
