The location was perfect, the staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I loved the rooms, they are big and clean. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The location is nice if you use buses to reach near places like the Ramblas & Plaça Catalunya and the metro station to reach the far places as it is a little bit far 10-15 minutes walking to Hospital Clinic or Universtat stations and you will change Lines. I liked the new furniture.

The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. They gave a lot of resources( maps, directions, etc) for getting around town and making the most of your stay. Spoke good English and let us check in two hours early. Very modern and posh decor. The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room.
