  Everything was top class, from service, comfort, facilities and staff.   Staff very nice and helpful.I would say the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across to.Reception and rooms very nicely decorated.Internet access in each floor.Very conveniently situated;closest metro station is Urgel (5min) and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.Only a few min away from Placa Catalunya by bus.Bus A1 to the airport stops only a ... 别人怎么说 » few blocks away from the hotel.I definetely recommend it - The staff specially the female reception at day time and the male reception (that is the white male gentleman in black suit,sorry I did not get their names) were very very helpful.   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   Modernity. When you enter your room, you activate all electrical functions and settings by lodging your smart card assigned you, into a socket inside the door. Breakfast was nice. Good selection at a reasonable price. Multilingual staff. First thing in Barcelona: Take one of the Double Decker buses around the city for an overview. Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
