The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. Central position with good access to public transport. Interesting basement dining area. Nice breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. A problem with the waste outlet from the wash basin was resolved speedily.

This lovely cosy studio apartment was in a great location right behind Plaza Nueva. It has a nice tiled patio with a great view of the Alhambra.
