  The location couldn't be better (very close to the metro, local restaurants, the rambla, carrefour and a lot of supermarkets). The staff helped a lot and had the very handy 24hour service. Wifi also works great. The room and bathroom were very clean and were cleaned every morning.   My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colon hotel and would recomend this hotel as an excellent central location to explore Barcelona. You are right in the centre but yet in a very quiet peacful location just off La Rambla ideal for all restaurants, the bus tours etc which are a must for anybody visiting the city.
