1. Owner is a very hospitable. He met us in the centre cause we came early and took our luggage. So it was really comfortable for us. When coffee finished in the apartment we called to him, and in few minutes no problem. And so on

Just one word about this Apartment: The Best one. This apartment is one of the best we have got in Barcelona for a longtime, and where i have enjoyed a very nice stay with all my family. My children were feeling like at home. And it is very well located near Metro, taxi, in a good area of Barcelona where you have a lot of shops, etc..I recommend everyone going to Barcelona for business or holidays to stay there. A fantastic place - very clean and very comfortable. Rooms have kitchenettes with all the basic utensils, a cooker and a fridge, which is very convenient. Plentiful tasty breakfast and fantastic coffee (!). Cable Internet connection in rooms. The area is very quiet with a lovely park nearby. I recommend the place to everyone and would like to come back.

Probably the best staff during our European trip. They're so helpful and friendful for everything. Clean rooms and good price for Barcelona standarts. Free Wifi everywhere. Useful lobby allows people to get in touch. So close to Sants Train Station and underground metro station. And also very close to Camp Nou for Barça fans.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have a car. There's a shopping mall which was great for us and you could walk to it. Everything: camp nou, placa espanya, Tibidabo, etc. was never no more than 10-15minutes away. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.
