  the reception staff was great and helpful,security was very good,drop ofat airport great service rooms kept clean.and free internet,and sattalite t.v. the gym was the best had everything,plus spa - Excellent,friendly and helpful staff. Overall a fantastic hotel and will return without question.

  The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive.
