The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)

We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. A great place for a stopover or spend a couple days to explore beautiful Salamanca. -
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking into the old town. Good value for money. It didn't look much from the outside, but inside it was clean and comfortable. You had to go the third floor to reach the hotel, but there was a lift. It was easy to park close by, if you were willing to get up in the morning and feed the machine at 9 o'clock.
