Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.
