  We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after.   The hotel was very modern and high tech. Our teenaged children loved it. It was very convenient to drive to the Alhambra (5-10 min drive) and city bus number 4(catch it around the corner and across the street) was very convenient to go into the city of Granada. The free internet service was appreciated. - Incredibly good and helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, all facilities from the internet to the swimming pool were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.
