  Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location!   Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there. Great place for a comfortable inexpensive stay. - Comfortable and close to everything you what to see. Alhambra, Flaminco, Tapas, Markets. Very Enjoyable.

A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough.
