The owners were very nice. It is family-run, seemingly. They don't speak a word of English, but they were helpful. They were always seemingly on hand. This was good, because I needed to store my car with them in a parking garage a few blocks away. It was a very tight squeeze, but it worked. The room was fine, although a little small. The internet worked great. The bed was big enough for me and I'm 6'3 (193cm). Location is pretty good, within 5-7 minute walk of the Cathedral and the start of the.

You can even walk to the Alhambra (about 20-30 minutes) if you like :) + you can take bus 33 from the bus station and alight 1-2 stops after the Cathedral, the hotel is about 2 minutes walk from the bus stop + friendly personnel, simply furnished but clean rooms + good value for money. All the staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great location once you found your bearings. Quite side road off the one of the main plazas so plenty of sleep was caught especially when the window shutter was down and the aircon was on. Great location, close enough to busy road, but not too far away for a woman alone to find after dark. Good size single bed in good size single room. Very quiet aircon. Friendly owner printed my boarding pass. So quiet I slept in!. The room is very clean and comfort. The location is walkable from central of city. The service is very good. The staff is very pleasant and kind. I got more than I paid. Only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants and monuments. Very friendly staff, with lots of advise on where to go and what to see. It was a little loud and annoying when it rained, because it bounces off some overhanging roof in the courtyard outside. Obviously, this wouldn't impact every room. Nowhere to park your car anywhere around there, so don't even consider it. - the staff does not speak english, but they are very friendly and very willing to help - if you show up with printed confirmation from letsbookhotel.com -> no problem :). No issues. Shower room and toilet are connected but no drainage in toilet which cause water spilling in toilet. The lobby is so small. The bathroom, especially the shower was very small. Noise from the street a bit annoying... the usual small bathroom for rooms at this price range. No lift. Difficult to find with a car. nothing. Missing an elevator. Noone speaks English there, however they are nice and try to be communicative. Parking garage is situated on other street and has really tough declivity. Nothing do there on cars larger that B class. WiFi was not available in the room (1st floor), we could connect only in the ground floor, just outside the "reception". Staff is annoying.
