We did not stay at the Hotel Belgravia, because it was shut up! Fortunately I went into the Hotel Ipanema Park opposite and they said they were expecting us. It was only a fluke that I went in this other hotel, so I don't feel that the information was up to date. Somebody should have notified us. Very noisy area run down area.
