Very friendly receptionist Francisca very helpful with very good english. Not to much. It's a really old and unmantained hotel.Having to clean the bath before I could use it, no lock on the balcony door although Francisca did get this fixed,shower very poor water pressure. No air con, I found hair in the bed, the tv was not working, there whereno shampoo and soap in the toilet... And incredible list of mistakes.
