  The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

  Clean, excellent location and very friendly staff - the hotel and staff were really friendly although most didnt speak english. the hotel is right in the centre of the old town and was perfect.

  Location is excellent and close to lots of good eating places. It is not too far away from the main entertainment hub of Benidorm but far enough away to get an undisturbed sleep. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The pool is a good size and a pleasure to sun bathe at and overall I would go back as it is excellent value for money... 别人怎么说 » .
