Hotel Roca-Mar is located in the historic centre of Benidorm, 50 metres from Cala de Mal Pas beach, Poniente beach and 100 metres from Levante beach. It offers free WiFi. All air-conditioned rooms at the Roca-Mar have a private balcony, TV and wooden floors. They are also soundproofed and heated. There is a minibar, and the private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The Roca-Mar Hotel has a café-bar. Guests can also relax in the library, and loungers are available on the sun terrace from mid-May to mid-October. The hotel has a tour desk and concierge service, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Parking is available nearby for an extra cost. Benidorm's tapas area is 1 minute's walk from the hotel.

Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they organised immediately. Excellent service and friendliness! Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. .
所有评语 » The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend . The Hotel Roca-Mar is conveniently located in the 'old town' of Benidorm and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was surprisingly included in the price making this an excellent value for money hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised. Excellent, contemporary style hotel run by a very friendly, welcoming family. Spotlessly clean with beds & towels changed daily. Good choice for breakfast including delicious home-made bread, pastries etc. In the heart of the Old Town close to beaches, shops, restaurants, with 'Tapas Alley' 2 mins walk away. Will definitely be returning, fantastic value for money!. (As their daughter)I'm writing on behalf of my elderly parents who stayed here. Excellent hotel, staff were fantastic and helped my parents, even letting them stay a few more hours in their room so they could have an afternoon nap before the evening flight, free of charge. We, ourselves would definetely stay here next time we come to Benidorm. Perfect location. So long as you are not expecting the traditional English Breakfast, the breakfast provided is fine with lovely (I am told) pastries etc. The rooms are very good with minimalist decor but fresh and clean lines. The Staff are lovely and very helpful. It is very close to two beaches: Mal Pasa and Poniente and they are the best ones. Everything! This time was The second one and we Will come back! Love this hotel, perfect location in old town and just 1 minute walk from The Beach, modern and clean, The family who owns and take care are lovely. For us its The ferpect place To stay and we Will come back!. The last 4 years we have stayed in Benidorm Old Town but this was by far the best accommodation that we have ever stayed in while in Benidorm.We could not fault this Superb Hotel and would highly recommend to anybody. Reception staff and owner are absolutely fantastic. Maid service is great - rooms cleaned every day, looks like new once they have been! Ideal if you want to be based in the middle of the Old Town, ideal for the samplers bars and colourful nightlife. The hotel was in a great location in the Old Town and close to the beach.It was very clean and it is run by a family who obviously take pride in their business. Our group had a wonderful time in Benidorm and a very comfortable time at the Roca-Mar. Well above standard considering the price. The only downside is the finding a place to park, but this is the same for almost all the hotels in the 'old town'. Some noise, more so at weekends, from people making their way past the hotel. Only one comment we would make, a few more coat hangers please!!!. Not much not to like really. The TV has NO foreign language channels at all although you can watch/listen to 45 Channels in Spanish. Don't expect a sea-view from your room. The only problem we had was finding somewhere to park the car as the hotel had no car park due to its position in the old town but that was a minor problem. One small downside was that the tv in the romm did not have any English speaking tv channels but hey its Espana not Blackpool :). Shame the roof terrace was closed , it would have been nice to see the fiesta fireworks from there. Really cannot think of anything else!. No parking and the hotel was difficult to reach by car. We found free parking near Poniente beach, about 15 minutes walk away. Wifi only available in public areas not bedrooms. There was not anything to dislike. Not really hotels fault,but had to park the car a 5min walk away. Absolutely nothing. nothing. Nothing! Except don't take a car as no parking anywhere near hotel and shops beach and restaurants all on the doorstep! If you do take a car you will need to either pay about 18 € a day in car parks or park further away. Nothing to dislike!. Balcony wasn't big enough to sit on. could have done with a bigger balcony so you could soak up the last bits of sun. Nothing we found no faults. Could use larger Mugs for cups of Tea in the morning !. Can't think of anything. Nothing except it would be nice if the free wifi was extended to the rooms. Kettle in bedroom would have been a nice touch. No English-language channel in the room (one would do). The breakfast is very typical Spanish and of very high quality but there isn't much for people like me who are used to the traditional English Breakfast - but it is a Spanish Hotel. Hotel would be even better if the rooms had balconies to sit out on in the warm weather. Nothing. - wifi only in the lobby. Crowded beaches. Crowded main streets in evenings. was described as having a mini bar but nothing was in it kettle in room but no cups or coffee provided was a superior room but no settee was in the room. No wifi in the room. Cheap lighting in bathroom and on nightstands. No eggs at breakfast. Wi fi should be in every room. Coffee system ridiculous for size of hotel, one household machine and you had to ask for a coffee sachet. No mirror on dressing table. Over-fussy service in breakfast room. Jacuzzi not working. No shelving in shower. Would be good if the wifi was in the rooms and the gym was being painted when I was there - though I think it must be available to use now!. nothing. Only one little gripe - no tea and coffe making facilities in the room. parking a problem.
