great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014 . Nice size appartment, towels changed as promised, helpful staff. Manager arranged refund of 150 Euro bond promptly. Lots of hot water. Supermarket across the rd. Just the right distance from the bars or the old town, no need for taxis. We'll lit, secure. Good value for money, esp with three or four sharing.

Apartments were clean, spacious, well equipped. Large balcony. Good location for old and new town. Pool area was quiet and clean. Located in quiet, well lit area, accessible only by card key. I stayed here with a group of friends for the fiesta. The rooms were brilliant, spacious and clean. Location was spot on close to nightlife and food outlets. Would stay again A*. its was close to everything less than 5min walk to nightlife and shops and beach which was handy, also cheap enough for food and drink really enjoyed it for my first time there. Excellent facilities and value for money for a group of friends holidaying on a budget. Location was good for the beach as well as nightlife and security was good too. The staff were very friendly & helpful.The location was excellent,within walking distance from the main road. Plenty of bars & restaurants close by. Air con in the rooms came in handy. Staff very friendly and had no issues with language. And got deposit back without any fuss and the day we left. Second time to stay in the apartments. Clean, friendly staff, value for money and central to beach, bars and restaurants. Good location, decent pool, apartment well equipped and spacious. Good air con no extra charge, parking underground,. Staff did not bother us great central location poolside chilled out on second week and was great way of relaxing. Clean cheap and tidy staff very friendly even with not understanding english. comfortable /spacious good location/ friendly staff/ value for money. Secure hotel you need a key pass to enter the main door. good room sizes and plenty of kitchen utensils. value for money staff very helpful. Price and location were perfect!. Location,, Pool, clean Rooms. The location and cleanliness. location and swimming pool. locality,it was quite close to all places we wanted to visit. Close enough to saunter back from th ebars to. It was quiet. the rooms were clean , and that's about it. Spacious apartment. Pool. not A lot. could be a little noisy during the night as its location is on a busy main road. Be ready to give deposit of €150 for any potential breakages .returnable though. Had to vacate room by 10 am, bit early after a night out in Benidorm. the check out time was to early i think i think it should be 12 not 10. Only criticism is that the staff don't speak English. I speak some Spanish so we were able to get by but for those that don't I would recommend a phrase book and lots of arm movements!. There wernt any English speaking t.v. programs. did have problem one day with electrics but this was fixed the same day. So job done. apartment was a lot smaller than we were promised it did not have a balcony on the bedroom as suggested. no irn or hair dryer. pool needs to be bigger. nothing more. Hotel does not have a bar or a drinks machine by the pool. more mirrows iron and ironing board. Staff speak no English and lock doors early. friends slept on sun loungers. Having to pay on arrival. Would rather pay before we go. No reception but staff were helpful although not English speaking. noisy people in other rooms and smells in the room when first entering it. maid visiting only twice per week also towels only changed twice per week and bed linen not changed at all.reception not properly available after 11pm. No English speaking assistance at the apartment. Even sign language didnt help! Brits abroad eh? we always expect everyone to speak English. Staff didn't speak any English. i asked for a ground floor before arriving, when i got there it was on the 5th floor.Also the rooms didnt get cleaned as much as they should. Not impressed. Freezing cold in 2nd bedroom. My bedroom every time someone flushed upstairs seemed like it was by my head. there for 9 nights, towels and linen were not changed once,staff did not speak english. When we arrived we could smell an offensive smell which turned out to be dog mess on a chair in the main foyer.
