  I booked this property for my parents, and they was so happy with the property, i see it myself and it was very nice, very clean - fresh towels - and the staff were very nice - called to the staff when we arrived to the property and they did not take long at all to get there to let us in - they was very helpful explaining to my parents the area an... 别人怎么说 » d what they can do and where places are etc. Would definately recommend them - Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

  Actually everything was good enough, even the thing that apartment was tiny was not a problem, enough for family of 3 people... location is great, near city center around 3 km. Silent place and nice view - The apartment was very contemporary and so was the rest of the building. The rooftop pool and sun bathing area had gorgeous views. We had our beds made everyday and bins emptied everyday which was very convenient. Half way through the week that we spent there, we also had 'deep cleaning' which we appreciated too. The fact that there was wifi was an extra bonus.

The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. Its also very quiet, yet close to many eateries and beautiful sites.
