  Very friendly and responsive staff, great location just off the Ramblas, cash machine outside the door, balcony as promised - a very small one, but this is typical Barcelona style, it was good enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy some cava + jamon serrano in the wee hours... Also they let us into the room two hours early (at noon) when we arrived, and let us keep our suitcases (locked with chains) during a few hour - Location is great, just off the Ramblas between Liceu Opera House and the Boqueria Market with a metro stop (line 3) 1 minutes walk from the front door. Close to the Gothic Quarter, lots of eating places and shops. A great bakery a couple of doors down. Staff were friendly and helpful. Simple room (single bed with shower) but clean and quiet. Room facilities including a hair dryer and air con/heating unit which worked. Computer in common room with free wi-fi. Would stay here again.

  We stayed in 3 bedroom duplex. Very comfortable, spacious with a lot of facilities. The apartment was cleaned once during our stay. Location is fine, near Park Güell, but be aware that it takes over 30 minutes to reach Cuitadella (beach) station by Metro. Seemed like the hostel was build by someone who has been traveling a lot and stayed in many hostels because the little things like plug and light for every bed, many showers, sort of night mode light at rooms so other travellers won't be waken up when someone enters the room during night.
