In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment by credit card is made on the date of booking. The remaining balance is settled on location. The way of payment upon arrival is in cash. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Arrival instructions and contact details are sent by the booking manager of the apartment after a successful prepayment. Please communicate in advance of your expected arrival time.
