We stayed at the apartment located in the Mercat del Born area, the nicest neighborhood in the centre of Barcelona. Filled with bars, restaurants and graphic alleys to stroll. The street of the apartment is really quite and felt safe. Upon our arrival to the apartment a lady from Inside Barcelona staff was waiting there to welcome and show us the facilities. She was really kind and helpful and she answered every question we had about sightseeing around the city. All the other members of the sta.
所有评语 » We loved the position of the apartment and the relaxing space it provided for us.We found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Highly recommend it for a city . Very clean, quiet and well equipped apartment. Safe and nice neighbourhood right next to "old town" and it's huge variety of places to eat and visit. On the other side was Ciutadella park with it's beautiful fountain (I thought it was even better than the famous Trevi fountain in Rome). The pickup of keys from the office was easy and the friendly staff personally gave instructions of use for all appliances etc. This modern split level apartment was in a great spot in El Born with a 1 minute walk to the narrow interesting streets boasting many restaurants, amazing sights, churches etc and very close to Gothic area. Woke up to exotic bird calls from nearby zoo. We wou.ld recommend the area as everything was in walking distance. Picasso museum around corner. Great kitchen & quiet area. We enjoyed everything of this appartment, it was spatious, quiet, comfortable and each time we needed help getting around the city the staff was extremely helpfull. They gave us precious info on the city so that our trip was a safe one. We travel quite a lot and this choice was clearly the best we made. You won't regret it. The staff were amazing; friendly and helpful. Apartment was faultless and had everything you would need. Great location for everything in Barcelona.... It's a shame the company doesn't have offices in other parts of the world as I would definitely use them again. Would highly recommend!. Design and the location of the apartment, very clean and staff was really friendly and informative - we have not feel lost at all as we were given plenty of useful information, various maps anf top tips regarding restaurants, taxis and busses. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. The staff at Inside Barcelona could not have been more helpful:nothing was too much trouble. Very nice big apartments located in center of city near zoo, major city seen and good restaurants. Apartments itself located on small street so it was enough quietly for Barcelona. location was central to restaurants, attractions and in a very safe neighbourhood apartment was spacious and clean with excellent facilities staff were friendly and helpful. Location, service. Location. comfort. Apartment very well located with all services available that let you enjoy a great comfort. Many shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy the day and night. The security window which gave complete darkness to the bedroom. The toaster button was broken so had to hold it down until the toast was done! But it was actually funny! Other than that all the devices worked perfectly. The anti- tourist grafitti on the walls of the Gaudi park Guell, and the fact that whilst we having a sandwich in a small cafe near to the park my friend had her bag stolen!. Only rooftop view from tiny balcony. Very tiny bathroom and bedroom. Don't advertise the outdoor terrasse since they only have a few available and even if you book 6 months in advance it is almost impossible to get one. Shower - only 14 minutes of hot water then it heats up for next 2 hours - not very convinient for more than one person - for this proce i would expect more. The office is a little difficult to find, especially if you are arriving by car. Sat Nav hasn't been updated with road closures and the one way streets. My only suggestion for improving our apartment would be to include a few basic items to the pantry eg cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. However, our overall view of the apartment was excellent. stairs were a bit steep and we were not prepared for them as the ad did not state that there were stairs to go from the bedroom/bathroom to kitchen and living room instructions for the washer/dryer and satellite TV were a translation from German to English. North Americans do not have multi function appliances and instructions were unclear. I didn't like the fact that the bed was actually 2 beds next to each other. I would have much preferred a double bed, but we had the same problem in the hotel in Madrid, so I guess it must be customary in Spain. Couples don't like to sleep in the same bed? :-). nothing. Everything was excellent. We had an apartment on the second, mezzanine floor, so the view was not stunning, but it was still OK. Nothing!. Had to go through double bedroom to terrace. Cooking was challenging without salt and pepper or coffee and tea offered, could be a staple to offer with apartment. Needs Microwave. No double bed ; just two single beds pushed together. The noise form the building work being carried out on the market directly outside the apartment. It prevented us from opening the windows. Very noisy.The street right below the building was under construction with heavy machine, from 8 in the morning till late evening. The bed is too soft and not confortbale at all.
